Every form of exercise is great. There is no denying that. I am glad that you have committed time for your overall well being.

Me

I’m Pranati, an RYT 200 certified yoga instructor who has been practising yoga for the past 5 years.

 

My journey started in a similar place to many of you - a desire to be fitter, healthier and happier. After trying all sorts of routines at the gym, running, swimming and sports, I was not able to find something that brought me closer to my goals while enjoying it. Do you find yourself in this position too?

 

I quickly figured out that the workout I could sustain as a routine, habit and lifestyle would be the one that gave me true happiness. Serendipitously, I was introduced to yoga - and there, I found a solution.

 

Working from home these past years, I delved deeper into the world of yoga and found solace at a time where things all around me seemed to be out of control. It helped me gain a sense of control and responsibility over my physical as well as my mental health.

 

Now, I wish to share my experience with the world and replicate those same benefits for you. 

 

Here’s the difference I have been able to make in the lives of people whom I’ve guided:
