All classes are held live on Zoom. Once you sign up, you’ll receive a meeting link and reminders before each session.

It’s completely your choice. Keeping your camera on allows me to guide and correct you better, but if you prefer privacy, you can keep it off.

All sessions are conducted in English, explained clearly and simply so that beginners feel comfortable.
